Lisa DePietro
President and CEO
Lisa DePietro, Chief Operations Officer, brings over 30 years in healthcare administration and documentation integrity, coding, reimbursement, and revenue cycle management. Lisa holds a bachelor of science in health information management from York College of Pennsylvania and attained certification as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) and Health Care Privacy (CHP) through AHIMA. She holds multiple advanced coding credentials through AAPC and serves on the board of directors and advisory boards of professional healthcare organizations and educational facilities.
Candice Dibble
Chief Operations Officer
Candice provides quality organizational & administrative value to the Seyzo team as the Executive Coordinator. With a background both in and for the medical field, teaching, and her elected position as township auditor (2006-present), Candice’s broad range of experience brings a well-rounded outlook to the team. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies and an upcoming PACE certification (March ‘22). Her Executive Coordinator experience includes working for an ER group, digital marketing group, billing/coding company, ambulance group, and an app development company.
Mitchell Kowalchick
Principal Software Engineer
Mitchell provides a unique perspective to the team with his prior experience as the Lead Solutions Architect for Medical Professor, an EHR documentation suite; creator of the DevOps program for CloudCheckr, a major cloud security startup, web development, and gamification. In addition, he graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a game design and development degree. Expertise brought Mitchell’s focus to improving enterprise-level applications through innovation & gamification. He believes that improving the usability and enjoyment of applications will increase retention, data quality and reduce burnout in the industry.
Dr. David F. Koziel, Jr.
Vice President of Development and Quality
Dr. Koziel brings extensive entrepreneurial experience in healthcare technology endeavors, with a deep understanding of software development. In relevant past projects he has been a lead designer of a novel EHR system, and has developed backend frameworks for integrating healthcare data systems. His prior work also extends to the public sector where he recently served as an appointed advisor to the President of the United States on innovation policy and healthcare interoperability. Dr. Koziel received his Bachelor of Science in information technology from Misericordia University, with an additional degree in mathematics, and his medical degree from Campbell University.
